So I drew a basic sketch of this way back in my freshman year (2 years ago) during orchestra. I finished the sketch, but I just kinda lost motivation and put it on the back burner. Every now and then I would come across it, look at it and want to finish it, but never did until the beginning of this year. I finally decided to actually draw it out and outline it. I was just gonna leave it like that, but a part of me really wanted to color it. I used to never like coloring anything, but I'm slowly enjoying it more and more. So I didn't have any good markers and art markers were too expensive so I went with sharpies. Slowly, I worked on it over the summer. There was a lot of detail in this thing which took A LOT of patience. Last week I had this thing about 3/4 of the way done and my birthday was on Friday. I figured it'd be really cool if I could finish it on my birthday as a gift to myself. Which I did. But once again my scanner had issues so I wasn't able to post it until today. This was a big accomplishment for me and I hope you all like it
Oh by the way, there was quite a few people who either couldn't tell what this was or what the dragon was doing so just in case, it's a Chinese dragon winding in and out of and around the yin-yang symbol. Sorry for the poor quality. My scanner sucks.
